Original Landsat 7image taken from the USGS online archives, May 2001.

Images to the left and above are close-ups of the triangular lake feature in the Landsat 7 image taken in May 2001. The arrows indicate an area that may have been blurred. This is apparent below in another image of the lake interior where anomalous features can be seen.

Original Landsat 7 image taken from the USGS online archives, April 2001.

Enhanced close-up reveals some strange features in the center of the triangle lake. This feature was not apparent in the image above. It has also been suggested that it is nothing more than a ship wake as a ferry crosses the lake. Many possibilities to consider before coming to conclusions.

The dimensions of the center lake feature above appear almost identical to the strange, curved landform found off the coast of Florida.
