Image C-8 reveals a newer perspective when the shadows become longer on the landscape, lending hierarchy to the heights of some of the features. The sun is approximately in the NW, lower portion of the sky.

Image C-8A to the left is a close-up of image C-8 above. Due to the longer shadows more definition and hierarchy between the areas can be determined. Notice the linearity of the objects seen in C-7A. |

Current imagery does reveal some anomalies in this area but the sand seems to have concealed the patterns revealed in 1998.
